Printed Matter is pleased to host the JAPANESE YOUNG ARTISTS BOOKS FAIR, the 9th annual book fair of contemporary artists’ books put on by PEPPER’S PROJECT, a Tokyo-based gallery and art project.

The fair brings together the work of over 100 artists’ books across NYC bookstores. Printed Matter, Kinokuniya, St. Mark’s Bookshop and Book Court will each present a portion of the exhibition between February 27 - March 9.

Works on view in the Printed Matter hallway vitrine will focus on Japanese artists’ books, art object books and photographic works, including items from Yoko Naito,Yuriko Katori, Yuko K//from the white room, Madoka Nakata, osage, Tairi Katsumi, Kteam, Arthur Huang, Kazuyuki, Yamada, Mior Kobayashi and Erica Suzuki.
